Known around the yard as “Mr Reliable,” Errol is the one you can count on to know exactly how things should be done — and to make sure they’re done right. With more experience than anyone else on the team, he’s our go-to man for all things paving, from choosing the right product to laying advice that actually works.

Errol can’t sit still for long — if he’s not helping customers, he’s tidying, shifting, or showing someone a better way to get the job done. He’s generous with his knowledge and always happy to share a few practical tips with staff or customers alike.

Outside of work, Errol is on a mission to dine his way around Hawke’s Bay, sampling every café, restaurant, and bistro he can find. His current favourite? A classy meal (and probably a wine) at Craggy Range.
